These are the deadlines by which you have to make a certain amount of tags. If you haven't, you will either be eliminated or placed on the wanted list. You don't want to be on the wanted list.
April 27 at 11:59 PM (no tag = placed on wanted list)
May 4 at 11:59 PM (no tags = eliminated, 1 tag = wanted list)
May 11 at 11:59 PM (1 tag = eliminated, 2 tags = wanted list)
May 18 at 11:59 PM (2 tags = eliminated, 3 tags = wanted list)
May 25 at 11:59 PM (3 tags = eliminated, 4 tags = wanted list)
